Rental Details

The apartment is fully equiped: linen, towels,
teatowels, soap provided.

A 33% deposit is taken 6 weeks or more in
advance of stay, 100% taken 6 weeks or less in
advance of stay, unless alternative
arrangements have been made with us.

A refundable damage deposit of £50 is taken at
time of arrival. The hirer is responsible for
taking all reasonable care of the property and
it's equipment.

Check-in time is after 2.00 pm - Check-out time
is before 11.00 am. Depending on availability
alternative times can be arranged.

Please arrange an approximate arrival time; if
there is any change in circumstances please
contact us so arrangements can be made for
collection of keys.

Methods of Payment: Cash/ Cheque/Credit Card.

Pets or smoking not permitted. Please note it
is a first floor apartment, as stairs may not
be suitable for everyone.
If you would like help in planning day trips,
booking activities or restaurants, there will
always be someone on hand during your stay as we
work in the pharmacy below. The village location
allows you to walk to shops, pubs and restaurants
including the famous Neven Maguire's multi
award-winning restaurant,MacNean House Blacklion, just 5
minutes walk down the road.
